Holistic Hands Wellbeing Centre
We were retained by Holistic Hands Wellbeing Centre on a project basis to handle their social media activity, online marketing, website updates and provide copy writing assistance as required.
Holistic Hands is a small business with a rural clientele and as such our job was to work with them to maximise every marketing opportunity. We used Social Media, in particular Facebook and Twitter to interact with their clients, highlighting new services and therapies as they became available and promoted any special offers. In addition we posted interesting and informative articles in order to position the staff as authorities on all aspects of health and well-being.
Through the intelligent use of regular Mailchimp e-shots we were able to inform those customers not following them on social media of product launches and special events that they might like to participate in. In addition we used the mailshots as an opportunity to inform the clients of therapists levels of expertise.
We worked with the Centre Manager to copy write articles that appeared in the local magazines, the tone of these articles was informative, warm and friendly; often covering topics and questions that customers had raised.
Part of our brief was to work with the team to ensure that the news section of their website was regularly updated. In addition we worked with new staff and therapists as they joined the centre so that we could keep the staff profile page updated.
