Holistic Hands Wellbeing Centre

We are retained by Holistic Hands Wellbeing Centre on a project basis to handle their social media activity, online marketing, website updates and provide copy writing assistance as required.
Holistic Hands is a small business with a rural clientele and as such our job has been to work with them to maximise every marketing opportunity. We use Social Media, in particular Facebook and Twitter to interact with their clients, highlighting new services and therapies as they become available and promoting any special offers. In addition we post interesting and informative articles in order to position the staff as authorities on all aspects of health and well-being.
Through the intelligent use of regular Mailchimp e-shots we are able to inform those customers not following them on social media of product launches and special events that they might like to participate in. In addition we use the mailshots as an opportunity to inform the clients of therapists levels of expertise.
We work with the Centre Manager to copy write articles that appear in the local magazines, the tone of these articles is informative, warm and friendly; often covering topics and questions that customers have raised.
Part of our brief is also to work with the team to ensure that the news section of their website is regularly updated. In addition we work with new staff and therapists as they join the centre so that we can keep the staff profile page updated.
